Sorry we will be out of stock now until the end of February. While we wait for the pigs to grow and get a bit bigger for bacon and pork. We can't wait to get back to salami making and experimenting with new recipes for this year. We will still be busy feeding and looking after the pigs and cattle over the winter and making sure they are warm and well fed. We are looking to the summer and planning this years festivals and events we will be attending... bring on the summer...
