Nitrate free artisan air dried cured meats from our free range Gloucester old spot pigs and Hereford cattle. Packs have a shelf life of 40 days. Onced opened please eat within 5 days.

Nitrate free, dry cured and smoked nitrate free pancetta. Thinly sliced. Sorry out of stock.

Dry cured in brown sugar, bay leaf and juniper without nitrates or nitrites.Then smoked and air dried for a minimum of 4 weeks. Thin slices. Approx 200g £2.00
