Hand made and matured in our butchery here on the farm artisan salamis from the best cuts of free range Gloucester old spot pork with red wine and fresh garlic. Air dried for a minimum of 6 weeks. Cured without preservatives, additives or nitrates. All cured meats have a shelf life of 40 days.
